The City University of New York, College of Staten Island

The Office of Communications provides communications, public relations, and multimedia services for the College of Staten Island and its key stakeholders.

The Office is responsible for media relations and is the principal contact for all communication between the College, and media representatives. The Office also generates media coverage by placing news features at the local to national level, facilitates the placement of faculty experts in various media outlets, and distributes key news items to internal and external constituencies.

We are responsible for key institutional visibility and advertising campaigns, as well as strategic public relations and integrated communications based upon institutional priorities.

CSI’s Office of Communications is an integrated component of The City University of New York’s Office of Communications & Marketing, working towards the mutual goal of enhancing the image of CSI as a senior college within The City University of New York.

The Office works closely on flagship initiatives with the Office of Information Technology.
