Staten Island Advance - March 2, 2005
“The Shakespeare Revue,” a cabaret-style musical,
will be performed March 19 at the College of Staten Island Center
for the Arts.
With an all-British cast, the musical is part of the Friends of the

Since its opening at the Royal Shakespeare Company and an acclaimed
West End run, the show has toured all over the world. Noel Coward,
Cole Porter, Tom Lehrer, Stephen Sondheim and Monty Python are among
over 40 contributors to the funny show full of contemporary and
literary allusions.

Following the performance, CSI Friends dinner guests will enjoy
dessert and coffee, joined by the cast.
“Proceeds will benefit the Center for the Arts, enhancing its
ability to provide the community with a variety of cultural events,”
according to Mary Regan, president of the Friends of CSI.
